Your consultant
With a bachelor’s degree in business administration focused on human resources, as well as a certificate in information and systems management, Olivier began his career as an HR generalist. He then transitioned to consulting for SMEs, developing tools tailored to their needs. Following this, he worked for several years as a compensation consultant before joining Cirque du Soleil, where he specialized in compensation and retirement plans.
